These terms govern your use of practicevitals.ai and app.practicevitals.ai (the "Service"), operated by Tuckdin Marketing LLC ("we," "us"). By submitting the check-up form or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Practice Vitals is a free informational tool that estimates how a business appears across third-party AI search services and produces a visibility score and report. You must be authorized to request a report for the website you submit.

No guarantees; informational only

Reports are generated automatically from third-party AI systems whose responses change frequently. Scores and findings are estimates provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of search visibility, business results, or accuracy, and they are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit websites you are not authorized to audit.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse use of the Service at our discretion.

Communications

By submitting the form you consent to receive communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy, including emails, calls, and SMS text messages about your report and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can opt out at any time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, scoring methodology, and report format, is owned by Tuckdin Marketing LLC. Your report is provided for your own business use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuckdin Marketing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tuckdin Marketing LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
